Щоб відповісти на це питання, спершу пройдіться по короткій історії, щоб зрозуміти з чого все починалось і куди ми прямуємо...

З чого все почалося?

Наша історія розпочинається у 2007 році з відкриття фірми, котра займається електомонтажем, монтажем охоронних систем безпеки та відеоспостереження.

Маючи попередній негативний досвід роботи дешевим інструментом на будівельних майданчиках, приймаємо рішення не економити на хорошому обладнанні та розхідних матеріалах, адже ми хочемо бути кращими. Беремо кредит і вперед!

Алмазна Різка та Буріння

Фірма плавно переростає з компанії, що займається електромонтажем, в солідного підрядника по виконанню робіт з алмазної різки та буріння бетону. Працюємо як на цивільних об‘єктах так і промислових та енергетичних гігантах стратегічного значення. Нас виділяють серед конкурентів через ряд переваг, таких як швидке та якісне виконання великих об‘ємів робіт, а ще ми дуже креативні ;)

Коли обираєш перевірених постачальників інструментів з добрим обслуговуванням, а не низьку ціну продукту, бути одними з кращих не проблема.

Чому Польща?

У 2016 році через кризу, яка наздоганяє нашу компанію і майже доводить до банкрутства, прийнято рішення тікати по далі інтегруватись у більш стабільніші ринки. Оскільки Польща є сусідньою країною, вибір напрошується сам.

Червень 2016 рік- реєстуємо компанію у Польщі.

Через ряд причин перенести діяльність так і не вдається, проте з‘явиляється ідея познайомити польських фахівців з продукцією українського виробника, розхідні інструменти котрого і самі використовуємо.

Офісу ще немає і ми мігруємо між двома країнами.

2017 рік

Нові виклики

Поки триває оформленння всіх дозвільних документів, йдуть перемовини з виробником і візити на завод DiSTAR. Подорожуємо по Польщі, знайомимось. Поки не можнмо продавати, але роздаємо на право і ліво перевезені через кордон алмазні сегменти- на календарі стартує 2017 рік.

Власне в цьому році, а саме в липні, кордон перетинає наше перше замовленння. Це мала дерев’яна коробка з алмазними сегментами марки ADTnS, котрою ми й досі хвалимось :). Працюємо над власним веб-сайтом та створюємо сторінку компанї у Facebook.

З продажами важко, але вони є і це добре.

Офіс- це квартира у якій проживаємо, склад- це кімната 4 квадратних метри у цій же квартирі.

Нас ніхто ще незнає, тому нам і не соромно:)

2018 рік

Час випробувань

2018 рік розпочинаємо зі спільної підготовки та участі у виставці BUDMA разом з виробником алмазного інструменту - компанією DiSTAR. Це для нас перша виставка такого рівня, та що там такого, взагалі перша. Тому переживаємо, але виходу немає, назвався грибом- лізь у борщ!

А взагалі це важкий і насичений подіями рік, багато відряджень, знайомств з новими Партнерами, показів інструменту, майстер-класів.

Вчимося, звикаємо до нового ринку, його правил. Не згадуючи вже про те, як важко просувати та популяризовати щось нове до цього незнане. Часто перед нами зачиняються двері, нерідко просять показати відгуки клієнтів, котрим немає звідки взятись. Ти ніби імпортер і дистриб’ютор, а все ж доводиться продавати в роздріб. Тому що ми робимо…? Правильно- починаємо продавати через Алегро, адже сайт ще не працює :(

Частенько опускаються руку, проте ми не здаємось і рухаємось вперед. Починають з‘являтись нові Партнерські магазини, збільшується кількість товару, росте штат працівників.

Починаємо імпортувати систему вирівнювання плиток T-noVa.

Для офісу та проживання працівників ми вже орендуємо цілий будинок.

Місця у квартирі вже немає :)

2019 рік

Час змін

Ми то думали що 2018 був насичений…, як же ми помилялись:)

Отже, за підсумками попередніх двох років ми у великій дупі великому мінусі, наші витрати значно випереджають наші прибутки, незначні кредити мало чим допомагають :( Проте після застою починає відновлюватись наша українська компанія і ми активно викачуємо з неї гроші на підтримку діяльності у Польщі.

У нас наступна виставка BUDMA 2019. Ми вже герої не переживаємо. Нові знайомства і нові Партнери.

Ми ще більше їздимо по країні з презентаціями та майстер класами. Нам вже більше довіряють, нас більше впізнають. Відносини з багатьма нашими Клієнтами та Партнерами переростають у дружні. Впізнаваність інструменту теж росте, з‘являються перші відгуки у фейсбук та Алегро :)

До нас в гості починають приїжджати замовники і нам вже робиться соромно за наш офіс та склад. Оскільки нам і так вже тісно у будинку, активно шукаємо нове приміщення.

Ми не зупиняємось, однак розуміємо, що лише з алмазним інструментом, продуктами MECHANIC та системами вирівнювання, на висококонкуренційному ринку нам просто не вижити. Включаємо мізки смикалку і починаємо активно шукати, чим же нам здивувати ринок та привернути до себе більше уваги.

2019 рік

Час змін

Ми то думали що 2018 був насичений…, як же ми помилялись:)

У нас наступна виставка BUDMA 2019. Ми вже герої не переживаємо. Нові знайомства і нові Партнери.

2020 рік

COVID-19

Ми традиційно розпочинаємо з виставки BUDMA 2020, скромно, але цього разу вже самостійно. Приємно, коли тебе відвідують наві клієнти, а ще приємніше коли партнери з котрими вже співпрацюєш.

У нас в колекції новий бренд Cuttronix.

Все би нічого, так на тобі COVID-19 :( Сказати, що це вплинуло на наші продажі ми не можемо, але це вплинуло на наш сервіс. Через обмеження, дистанційно вчимо наших клієнтів самостійно ремонтувати станки. Практично не подорожуємо, сидимо у фірмі і працюємо над реалізацією наших задумів.

Через зріст популярності, до нас звертається велика кількість виробників і ми приймаємо рішення створити власний бренд.

Так і з‘являється наш бренд SENDI :) Дуже скромний асортимент, брак упаковки і нам знову соромно, але ми маленькі і нам все пробачають:)

Продавати стає дедалі легше, репутація робить своє, вилазимо з мінусів, стабільні поставки, склад наповнюється. До нових продуктів все більше довіри, до нас теж. Збільшується експорт до інших країн. Станки наробили галасу:)

Збільшується кількість пунктів продажу на нашому сайті. Наша команда теж росте ;)

2021 рік

Порушуємо традиції - через відомі причини відмінили виставку BUDMA 2021 :(

Збільшується попит на наші продукти, у нас починаються перебої у логістиці, ціни на перевезення взлітають до небес. Ну що ж, стараємось опанувати хаос і взяти ситуацію під контроль, але не все від нас залежить :(

Загалом все добре. В порівнянні з попереднім роком ми збільшили оборот більше ніж у двічі, але грошей так і немає, десь там крутяться вертяться реінвестуємо у збільшення товарних запасів.

Відбувається перша, за тривалий період, виставка у Варшаві - ну звісно ми беремо участь, а то зовсім розлінились :) Виставка не надто людна, але вже яка є.

Активно працюємо над наповненням асортименту нашого бренду. По трохи змінюємо і допрацьовуємо упаковку :)

Вже як гості відвідуємо наших партнерів на їхніх показах та майстер класах.

Нам не дає спокою шило в дупі думка про масштабування. З’являється ідея розширити діяльність. Зважаючи на те, що нашим двигуном прогресу все ж таки є продукти для обробки плитки обираємо море, пальми, сонце батьківщину плитки - сонячну Іспанію.

Розвідка бажання відпочити не змусила себе чекати - їдемо.

З’являється більше партнерів у інших країнах. Ну звісно ж наша команда теж росте.
